5. Insert API Keys for Model Providers: Navigate to the workspace settings or model page to enter API keys for the AI models you wish to use.
6. Create New Channels: Set up channels based on categories to organize AI interactions.
7. Enable Models & Assign API Keys: Toggle on the AI models you wish to use and assign the relevant API key for each.
8. Access the Dashboard: Manage AI models, chat functionalities, and API connections from a single interface.
9. Start Using AI Models: Utilize the chatbot, helpdesk, or API integrations as per your workflow.

3. Pricing (Beta Pricing)

During the beta phase, osMerge offers flexible pricing with per-seat billing and usage-based calculations.

3.1 Price Per Seat

• Essential Plan: Basic access with limited features and AI models.
• Professional Plan: Expanded access including advanced AI models and integrations.
• Advance Plan: Full access to all AI models and features.

Billing is calculated per active user in a workspace.

3.2 Usage Calculation

• Storage & Bandwidth: Users are allocated storage and bandwidth limits based on their plan.
• API Calls: We do not charge any API calls, but charges will apply on the model provider side.
• Overage Charges: If users exceed their plan limits, additional usage fees may apply.
